At Olas Crest Properties, we’re proud to be a family-owned business built on faith, integrity, and a commitment to serving others. Our story began when I was laid off while pregnant with my son. That unexpected setback sparked a resilience and determination in me to turn it into an opportunity—one where I could focus on my family and build something meaningful.
As new parents, we realized the importance of creating a business that would allow us to stay connected to our family while making a positive impact in real estate.
Founded by Katherine Estevez and Andrew Nelson, we’re dedicated to working together as life partners and parents, building a business that reflects our values and offers exceptional service to our guests and clients.
